Ice Steel 1 Pvt Ltd is based in the Sipcot Industrial Complex over in Ranipet. We occupy the units from S3 through S10 in Phase 3. Since this is a large industrial area, our setup is more about production and cold storage than a typical neighborhood shop. We spend our days managing the large-scale cooling systems. It is a lot of heavy machinery to look after and maintain. We have a small crew of people who keep everything running smoothly. The complex is always full of trucks and heavy equipment moving around during the day. It is a noisy environment to work in, but we are all used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of the business. We have to make sure the temperatures inside the units stay exactly where they need to be. If a machine starts making a strange noise, we have to find out why immediately. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors to sit in. Most of our work happens in the back where the cooling units are located. We have been in Ranipet for a good amount of time. We know the other businesses in Phase 3. It is not the kind of place where people come to hang out. It is strictly a place for work. We wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can get a bit dirty. We don't have a marketing department. We just handle our work and get things done.
