We are out at the Sidco Indl. Estate, in Sipcot. Number 102/B is our spot. It is a big industrial area, so there are trucks moving around all the time. Arrow Shoes is not a massive factory, just a decent-sized unit where we put things together. The smell of leather and glue is pretty strong when you first walk in. You get used to it after five minutes. We have been at this for some time. There are shelves full of soles and different patterns scattered around. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where every size is kept. Sometimes the power goes out in Sipcot, and we just have to sit and wait. Those are the times we sit outside and talk. We are not trying to be some global brand you see on TV. We just make shoes that people can actually wear without them falling apart in a week. The floors are concrete and stained with black dye. It is honest work. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we all know each other’s families. It makes the day go by faster. We do not have a website with fancy photos. If someone wants to see what we have, they usually just drop by the estate. It is noisy and hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It is just a regular shoe workshop in a regular industrial park. That is about it for us.
