Impact Metal Parts Private Limited is located at 44 G.I.D.C. Estate in Waghodia. The industrial estate here is pretty big, and we are just one of many workshops trying to get things done. We focus on making metal parts. It’s noisy and there’s always a bit of a mess on the floor from the metal shavings, though we try our best to keep it tidy. We aren't a high-end design firm. We are a factory. Our day usually starts around 8 in the morning when we get the power going and check the machines. We have a few guys who have been with us since we opened up. We don't really do "branding" or anything like that. People find us because they need parts made and they know we are here in Waghodia. Sometimes a machine acts up and we spend the whole afternoon trying to get it back online. That’s just part of the job. The office is just a desk and a couple of filing cabinets in a corner of the main building. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people how great we are. We just focus on the parts we’re making and try to ensure they’re correct. It’s a lot of physical work and the summers are really hot in the shed, but we’ve got fans and we keep moving. We just do what we do.
