We are based at Plot No. 39. Matrix Comsec Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite some time now. It is a simple building without any large signs or flashing lights. Inside, it is mostly desks and people focused on their screens or talking on phones. We are not much for public relations or making big claims. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things that need to be done. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole building. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. It is a bit like a small family, for better or worse. We have our disagreements, but we work them out over lunch. The parking area outside Plot No. 39 is usually full by nine, so if you are late, you are walking from down the street. We do not spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are a plain color and the furniture is just what we need to stay comfortable while we work. We think it is better to focus on the tasks at hand rather than how the office looks to outsiders. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. It is a steady environment. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just a group of people working together. (251 words)
