Bright Industries

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 710. It’s a simple spot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. When you walk in, you’ll see that the whole place is dedicated to the work we do. There isn't much room for anything else. We’ve set things up so that we can move around easily between the different stations. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of material coming in, but we manage to stay organized enough to get things done. The lighting isn't the best, so we rely on the big doors being open to let the sun in during the day. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we don't really need to talk much to know what the next step is. We just follow the routine that has worked for us so far. There’s always a bit of dust and some scraps lying around, which is just part of the job. We try to keep things tidy, but work comes first. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes. We just focus on putting in the hours and making sure the output is what it needs to be. It’s a basic setup for basic work, and that’s exactly how we like it. No frills, just getting the task finished.
