Our workshop, Baroda Moluds Dies, is spread across several plots, specifically 30, 31, 32, and 48. We focus on making moulds and dies. This is very precise work where even a tiny mistake can ruin the whole piece of metal. We have a variety of machines for cutting and shaping metal to create these forms. It is not the kind of thing you can rush through. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and then trying to translate those into solid metal shapes. Sometimes the metal behaves differently than you expect, so we have to adjust our plan as we go. We don't have a big marketing team or any corporate slogans. It’s just us here in the shop making sure the surfaces are smooth and the edges are sharp. We get orders from different industries that need to mass-produce plastic or metal parts. They give us the specs, and we get to work. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there is always a smell of machine oil in the air. We’ve been at these plots for a good while. It’s a practical setup where we can move from one stage of the process to the next without too much trouble. We don't brag about our work; we just focus on the task at hand. If a die doesn't work right during the test, we fix it until it does. That's just how we operate every day here.
