Accurate Machines

It’s been quite a few years since Accurate Machines set up shop here at 833 Gidc Industrial Estate. Most days start the same way with the sound of the heavy metal shutter rolling up and the smell of grease hitting you right at the door. We aren’t much for fancy signs or polished lobbies. The walls here have seen better days and there is always a layer of dust on the windows no matter how often we try to wipe them down. It’s just how things go in an industrial area like this. People around here know where to find us if they need something sorted out. The heat in the afternoon gets a bit much sometimes but we just keep the fans going and carry on with what needs doing. You can hear the hum of the other units nearby and the trucks moving in and out of the estate all day long. Sometimes the tea seller comes by and that’s when everyone takes a five-minute break to talk about the weather or the traffic coming into the city. We have a small corner for the paperwork but most of the space is taken up by the stuff we actually use. It’s a bit cramped and messy but we know where everything is. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. It’s just a place where work happens and we try to get through the day without too much trouble.
