You can find our place at Plot No 3004 in the GIDC Estate, over in Phase-4. It is a big industrial area, so there is always something happening around us. We work with tapes of all different kinds. The building is just a plain industrial shed, which looks just like all the others in this part of the estate. We have been here in Phase-4 for quite a long time now. The team is just a bunch of regular guys who know how to run the production and get things packed up. It is not the most glamorous work, but it is what we do. The estate can be confusing because all the plots look the same, but we are easy to find once you get on the right street. We do not spend money on advertising or making the office look nice. We would rather just focus on the products and getting the shipments out the door on time. The weather gets really hot inside the shed during the summer months, but we just keep the fans on and keep going. We have some workers who have been here since we first started. It is a small, tight-knit group. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy plans. We just want to do a good job and head home. It is a practical, no-nonsense place to work.
