Our workshop is located at Plot 1518 in Phase-4. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it that way because there’s more space to move trucks around. We’ve been operating here for a good while. The building isn't brand new, and the roof leaks a tiny bit when there's a really heavy storm, but we know exactly where to put the buckets. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. Most of our days are spent loading and unloading materials. It’s a physical job and can be exhausting, but we enjoy the routine. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea, which is pretty much the most important piece of equipment we own. Our staff consists of a few dedicated workers who live in the nearby colonies. We don't have a big HR department or anyone in a tie. Usually, the owner is right there on the floor helping out with the packing. We keep our overhead low so we can stay in business. The neighbors are mostly good people, and we often share news about the latest regulations or prices. It’s a simple, honest environment. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the work usually speaks for itself. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work until the sun goes down. It's a long day but it is our day.
