Sunshine Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Phase-4 at Plot No. 1601 and 1602. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, which we definitely need. This part of the industrial area is usually packed with trucks moving goods in and out. We spend a lot of our time sorting through thousands of small parts. Fasteners might not seem exciting to everyone, but it is what we know and what we do. The warehouse space is tall and we have shelves reaching almost to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety posters. The floor is hard concrete and can be tough on your feet if you aren't wearing the right boots for the job. During the monsoon, the rain hammers down on the tin roof so loud we can hardly hear each other speak. We just keep our heads down and get through the inventory. We have a small crew that handles the packing and another group for the shipping side of things. It is a very practical operation without any unnecessary frills. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the boxes are filled correctly and the trucks are loaded on time every day of the week.
