Shri Om Industries

Shri Om Industries is located at Plot No. 155 in Phase-4. This part of the industrial area is a bit quieter than the older phases, but it is still a place where people work hard. Our building is a simple structure that fits everything we need. We have got the machinery on one side and a bit of storage on the other. We started out with just a couple of guys and have grown a little bit since then, but we still feel like a small outfit. We do not have a human resources department or a marketing team. If there is a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor. The work we do is repetitive but important. We keep the machines oiled and the floor swept as much as we can. You can usually hear the hum of the equipment from the street. We do not put on any airs about what we do. It is just manufacturing. Our customers are mostly other businesses who need what we make. They know where to find us. We take pride in the fact that we do not need a lot of bells and whistles to get the job done. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch, and other days we get to leave early when the power goes out. That is just life in Phase-4. We are just a regular group of people working.
