Olcare Laboratories

Olcare Laboratories is located at Plot No. 504/A in Phase-3. Being in a lab environment means things have to be a bit cleaner than your average workshop, but it is still a place of hard work. We spend a lot of time looking at tubes and small containers. It is not like what you see on TV shows; it is mostly just repetitive tasks and making sure everything is labeled correctly so no mistakes happen. We have been in Phase-3 for a long time now. The building has some cracks in the outer walls and the floor is worn down in the spots where we stand the most. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that knows each other well. Sometimes we argue about whose turn it is to clean the break room, but we get over it quickly enough. There is no corporate talk here. We just say what needs to be said and get back to the work. Olcare Laboratories is not about making big promises. We just handle our daily batches and try to stay on top of all the paperwork and regulations. It is a lot of reading and checking and re-checking every single thing. It can be tiring for the eyes, but it is what we do. We like the neighborhood and the tea stall down the street is great.
