Fairact

Fairact is located on the first floor of the India Printing House at 42, G.D. Ambekar Marg. It’s an old building with a lot of history and other businesses tucked away in different corners. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably tell a lot of stories. Our office space is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. We do a mix of things, mostly related to trade fairs and exhibitions, hence the name. It involves a lot of coordination and logistical headaches, but we are used to it by now. The area around G.D. Ambekar Marg is always humming with activity. You can hear the sounds of the street and other offices throughout the day. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a receptionist waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we’re doing. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t believe in having a lot of fluff. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families. Some days are long, especially when a big event is coming up. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even if the office doesn't always look it. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real and grounded. It’s just us, doing our thing in a building that has seen it all.
