Venkateswara Road Constructions

Our main office is located in the village of Katuru, right by the post office at door number 3-89/1. Being out here in Mandal-V means we are close to the roads we actually work on. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we stay very busy with the construction projects across the region. Venkateswara Road Constructions started small, and we still keep that feeling even as we take on more work. The office is a simple building with a corrugated roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains. We have a small yard where we keep some of the smaller tools and a few piles of gravel. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the crews out in the field. We don't have a lot of fancy technology; we rely more on the experience of the men who have been doing this for decades. The post office next door is a good landmark, and we often see our neighbors while we are loading up the trucks in the morning. It can be a dusty job, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We usually sit around for a bit before heading home, talking about what needs to be done tomorrow. There are no corporate meetings here, just honest talk about the job at hand and making sure the trucks are fueled up. It's a humble way to make a living.
