Murali Mobiles

We are located right opposite the Coastal Bank. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the bank is, so people don't usually get lost finding us. We spend our days at Murali Mobiles dealing with all kinds of phone issues that people bring in. Usually, it's after they finish their business at the bank. The shop is usually full of half-taken-apart phones and tiny screws that we try our best not to lose on the floor. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. There is always a lot of chatter because the bank queue sometimes spills out near our door and people talk while they wait. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. People just stand around or lean against the counter while we look at their devices. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would and we have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. They usually don't mind too much. The street outside is always busy with people and bikes zooming past. We keep a small radio playing in the background just to drown out some of the road noise. It's not a big corporate store with uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and do the work. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but you can still see it clearly. We’ve been here across from the bank for a good while now.
