Essex Farm

Our place is over in Vuyyuru, specifically on the Old Stet Bank Rod. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we share the area with Jk Embroidary Works. If you’re looking for us, Raviteja is usually around that area near the Gwda Ramalayam temple. The address is a bit long to write out, but local people know the Ramalayam Vedi quite well. It’s a rural kind of setting in the Krishna Dest. The roads can get dusty when the tractors go by, and it’s definitely not like a city office. We do farm-related things here under the Essex Farm name. There’s a lot of coming and going with supplies and checking on how things are growing or being processed. It’s a practical environment. We spend a lot of time outside or in the shed area rather than sitting behind a desk. The weather really dictates what our day looks like. If it rains, everything slows down. We’ve got some basic equipment and a small area for paperwork. It’s not fancy at all. Sometimes we have to handle embroidery-related stuff too because of the shared space. People in the village stop by to chat or ask for advice on their own plots. It’s a very open way of working. We don't have fixed hours usually; we just start when the sun is up and finish when the work is done for the day. It is just how things go here.
