We are located at 107/6 in the Kasiyamman Complex. Our shop is right by the theater and directly opposite the bus stand. It’s a very busy place with people coming and going from the buses all day and night. You can always hear the noise from the theater crowds too, especially when a big new movie releases on a Friday. We’ve been in this complex for quite a long time now. Most people in this town know us because they pass by our door whenever they are traveling somewhere. We handle property stuff, mostly land and small houses in the nearby streets. We don't have a website or any of those fancy modern things. We just have our old registers and our local contacts. People come in, sit down for a bit, and we talk about what they are looking for. We know who is thinking of selling their field or who has a house that might be coming up for rent. It’s all about knowing the people around here. The bus stand being right across the road makes it easy for folks from the nearby villages to stop in and talk. We don't use any professional marketing talk or big words. We just tell you what the owner is asking and what the paperwork looks like. Sometimes it’s slow, and sometimes it’s really busy with people. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple office with a fan and some chairs for guests.
