At 53, Voc Nagar, along the Kachirapalayam Road, you’ll find Akt Audios. This is where we work on sound systems, speakers, and all the wiring that goes with them. The shop is usually filled with the sound of music being tested or just the hum of amplifiers. We have shelves packed with different audio components and a lot of tools scattered across the workbenches. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time soldering connections and making sure the speakers are balanced correctly. Kachirapalayam Road is a busy stretch, and we get a lot of people stopping in because they heard we fix audio gear. We don’t have a big sales team; it’s mostly just us in our work shirts getting our hands dirty with the equipment. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to reorganize the cables or clean up the shop floor. We’ve been at this Voc Nagar location long enough to know the local rhythms. People bring in old systems that need a bit of life put back into them, and we see what we can do. It isn't a flashy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we actually build and repair stuff. We keep the lights on late if there’s a big project that needs finishing. It’s just how we operate here. Nothing complicated, just a focus on the audio gear we handle every day.
