You will find us at Plot Nos. E-59, 60, and 61 in the EPIP Zone of GIDC Manjusar. This is quite a large site because we need the extra room for our electronics work. Being in a GIDC area means we are surrounded by other industrial plants and there is a lot of space between the buildings. It is a bit of a journey to get out here from the city, but it’s a good place for a production facility like ours. We have different sections for assembly and testing of components. The floors are kept clean because of the nature of the electronics we handle. It isn't a place with a lot of decoration; the walls are mostly just plain white and the lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing. We have a regular routine that starts early in the morning. The staff mostly comes in by bus or their own vehicles. We have a canteen area where we eat and take our breaks. The work requires a lot of concentration, so the atmosphere is usually quite focused. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves or our goals; we just focus on making sure the machines are running and the quality is what it should be. It is a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for the type of manufacturing we do here in Manjusar.
