Vijay Nagar Biotech Pvt.Ltd. is based out in Kothakopperla Village, which is part of the Pusapatiregamandal area in Vizianagaram. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities, and we actually like it that way. We are surrounded by fields and a lot of open space. Our work here involves biotech, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep things grounded. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages, so we all know each other. The facility isn't some high-tech glass building; it’s a sturdy place built to handle the heat and the dust. We spend a lot of time out on the grounds or in the labs checking on things. Sometimes the roads to get here are a bit rough, especially when the rains come, but we manage to get the trucks in and out. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though harvest season gets everything moving a lot faster. We don't have much use for corporate slogans or big presentations. We just focus on what’s growing and how to make things better for the local farmers we work with. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time. The air is cleaner out here, even if the work is a bit more physical and the hours can be long sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
