Sea View Beach Resort Private Limited

We are located at Haigreeva Layout, 3-17/B, in the Annavaram area of Visakhapatnam. Sea View Beach Resort is a small operation we run right near the coast. Being in a layout like Haigreeva means we have a bit of a community feel around us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the humidity and the salt air, which tends to rust everything if you aren't careful. Every morning starts with a walk around the property to see what needs fixing. We don't have a huge staff, so it’s often us doing the cleaning or the repairs ourselves. The view of the sea is nice, but it also means we have to deal with a lot of wind and sometimes storms that blow things around. We spend a lot of time in our small office area, which is usually cluttered with keys and maintenance logs. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready and the guests can find their way here without getting lost in the layout. Sometimes the local kids play cricket nearby and we have to make sure they don't break any windows. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people who live around here and we try to help out when we can. It’s just a regular life of running a resort and making sure things stay together day after day without too much fuss.
