Sapthagiri Township - Vizianagaram (A.P)

Our office for Sapthagiri Township - Vizianagaram (A.P) is situated at Plot No -124 in Sai Nagar. This is in the Naidu Colony area of Thotapalem. We’ve been working in this part of Andhra Pradesh for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we meet with people and sort out the plot details. We spend a lot of our time out on the land, so the office is often empty until the afternoon. When we are there, it’s usually quite busy with people dropping in to ask questions about the township. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we think people just want the facts. The sun in Vizianagaram can get really hot, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze we can. There are maps of the colony spread out on the tables and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a very local operation. We know the land and we know the people in Thotapalem. There’s no corporate polish here, just some folks working on a project and trying to make it work. We handle the paperwork, talk to the local authorities, and keep an eye on the development. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but that is just how we do things at Sai Nagar.
