Sai Partha Sarathi Estates Privatelimited

We've been running Sai Partha Sarathi Estates Privatelimited for a while now from our office at 261/Flat No 01 Nandighosh Nivasgandhinagar 2Nd Lane. It’s just a regular place, nothing fancy. We deal with land and houses mostly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a small operation. Most days it’s just us handling calls and looking at maps of plots. People come by the office when they need help figuring out where a piece of land is or if they want to sell something they own. We aren't a big corporation with fancy suits. It is just a local business. The 2nd Lane can get a bit crowded with traffic sometimes, so finding a parking spot near Nandighosh Nivas is a bit of a gamble. We usually just have tea and talk to whoever walks in. It’s not always busy, which is fine by us. We know the neighborhood well because we've lived around here long enough. If you are looking for the flat, it's on the ground floor. We don't have a huge staff or anything like that. It's mostly family and a couple of friends helping out. We just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with real estate around here. It’s honest work. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep our files in old cabinets and try to remember everyone's names when they visit. That's just how we do things here.
