Our place is located in Shree Ramnagar, which is out in Vizianagaram. If you head towards the P.O., you’ll find us easily enough. The smell of oil is pretty much everywhere around here, it sticks to your clothes by the end of the shift. We’ve been running this for quite a while now. The machinery is loud, so you have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise of the seeds being crushed. It gets quite warm inside the mill, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the tin roof. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started. We mostly just focus on getting the drums filled and ready for the trucks. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the rain, but that's just how it goes in this part of the country. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a desk and a couple of chairs where we drink tea and handle the paperwork. The floor is usually a bit slick, so everyone knows to walk carefully. Vizianagaram is a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit slow sometimes. We try to keep the machines maintained, but they are old and need a lot of attention. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us. We don't worry about being the biggest, we just want to get the work done and get home.
