Padmapriya Builders Vizianagaram

Padmapriya Builders is a small operation here in Vizianagaram. Our office is situated at 23-8-4/1, right by the Ayyakoneru North Bund. It is a nice spot near the water, though we are usually too busy with construction stuff to look at the view. We work on building projects around the city and the surrounding areas of Andhra Pradesh. Being a local builder means we know the local soil and the local rules. We have a small crew and we deal with things like residential houses or small commercial spots. Our office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or cement. That is just how it is when you are in building. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office might be empty for parts of the day. People usually just call our mobiles if they need to reach us. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, though sometimes weather or material delays happen. That’s just construction for you. We’ve lived in Vizianagaram for a long time, so we care about the buildings we put up here. It’s about doing a decent job so that people can move into their new homes without any issues. We aren't a big firm with fancy brochures. We just build things and talk to people directly about what they need for their property and their families.
