Narayani Steel Ltd. is found at A-1 and A-2 in the Industrial Estate. Having these two units gives us enough room to manage the steel we handle. It’s a heavy-duty environment here. There are always trucks coming in with raw materials or leaving with finished loads. The sound of metal clanging is something you just get used to after a while. We’ve been in this estate for quite a bit. It’s a good spot because all the infrastructure for industrial work is already in place. Our team is made up of people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard labor. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find someone in a hard hat who can point you in the right direction. We keep our paperwork in a small room off to the side, but the real work happens out on the floor. We aren't big on promotional talk or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a steel company doing our part in the supply chain. Most of our customers are regular builders or other manufacturers who have been buying from us for years. We just focus on keeping the inventory right and making sure the loading goes smoothly. It’s a tough business, but we’ve got a good routine down now. We just stay busy and keep the gates open, making sure the steel gets to where it needs to be.
