We are located on Chuluru Road, right in the Ida area and just a short distance from Tata Granites. Our workshop is where all the engineering work happens. It’s a loud place most of the time because of the machines and the welding, but that’s the sound of work being done. We handle a lot of metal projects and repairs for people around here. It’s not the cleanest environment—there are metal shavings and oil on the floor—but it’s where we feel most at home. We started this place because we liked fixing things and building stuff from scratch. Now, we have a small crew that knows how to handle the lathes and the welding torches. People come to us when they have a part that broke or need something custom made for their own businesses. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the grinders. Chuluru Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the bigger trucks to reach us when they need repairs. We take pride in just getting the job done without a lot of talking. It’s a practical business, and we’ve been at this IDA location for quite a few years now. We just focus on the metal and making sure the measurements are right before anything leaves the shop.
