We operate out of a place in Venkatarao Nagar, Cheepurapalli. The address is C/o Hemalatha Suru, at house number 4-253. Since we are in Vizianagaram district, it’s a bit of a drive from the bigger cities, but we like the pace of life here. The office is essentially part of a house, which makes it feel very personal. You won’t find any glass elevators or shiny lobbies here. Instead, you get a front porch and a heavy wooden door. Inside, we’ve set up our workspace with whatever furniture we could find. It’s a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We spend our time working on the computers and occasionally going out to meet people in the town. Cheepurapalli is a small place, so news travels fast and everyone knows what everyone else is up to. We try to keep our heads down and just do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to work. Those are the times we usually sit outside and chat. We don’t have any formal dress codes or strict rules about office hours. As long as the work gets finished, everyone is happy. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, and that is exactly how we intended it to be when we started. We just handle our own business and try to stay organized without any fancy systems or complicated rules.
