Our office is in Vizianagaram, specifically at 20-5-58 in Lankaveedhi. The place is registered under Penumajji Vijayalaxmi, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. Kshethram India Infrastructure And Housing is our company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We are just local people working on local housing needs. Lankaveedhi is an old part of town and we like the history here. Most of our work is about helping people get their homes built or fixing up infrastructure in the district. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to different people about what they need. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the trade. Our office in Vizianagaram is small and filled with the usual stuff like maps and site plans. We don't spend money on commercials or big ads. Most folks just know where to find us if they have a project in mind. It’s a slow and steady process to build anything good. We deal with the usual problems like rain and material shortages, but we always find a way through. We just want to do practical work that helps the community.
