Vasanth Vihar Constructions is located over in Kothavalasa, Andhra Pradesh. Our exact spot is a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the area well. It’s a growing part of the district, and we’ve been part of that growth for some time now. The office is pretty simple, just a place to keep the records and meet with the guys from the sites. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the work we do. Most days are spent out on the road checking on different projects, so the office can feel a bit empty during the middle of the day. When we are all here, it’s quite noisy with everyone talking at once. The weather in Kothavalasa can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time worrying about rain and how it affects the foundations we’re pouring. We use simple English and talk directly. No one here has time for long emails or corporate talk. We just want to make sure the buildings are sturdy and the clients are okay. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We have a small tea stall nearby that we basically live at during breaks. It’s a community-driven way of doing business, where your word actually means something to the people you live next to.
