Our place is located at 854/4 in Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram. It’s a bit of a different pace here compared to the big cities. At Gullipalli Real Estates, we mostly deal with the land and houses around this specific area. The office is a simple building, nothing too fancy at all. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big map of the local area pinned to the wall so we can show people where things are. Most of the day is spent talking to local people or those looking to build a small home in the district. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big website. Most of our business comes from people just walking in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. Kothavalasa is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we try to keep things friendly and straightforward. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sometimes out walking around the plots to see how things are looking. The weather here can get quite warm, so we usually have the door open to catch whatever breeze there is. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow slowly over time. It’s just us doing our bit in the community, keeping records and helping folks find a spot that suits them without any fuss or complicated talk. We like the quiet life here in Vizianagaram.
