Started in Penta Village. It’s a quiet spot in Bobbili Mandalam. Our office sits right on Pedda Veedhi. It isn’t some high-rise building, just a regular place where we get our work done. Vizianagaram can get quite humid, so we usually have the fans going all day. Ketireddy Developers isn’t a huge corporate entity. We are just local people trying to handle some land and building projects around this side of Andhra Pradesh. You’ll mostly find us talking to neighbors or checking on materials out in the sun. It’s a simple life here in the village. Most of the time, our desks are covered in papers and maps. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just the tea from the shop down the road. Sometimes the power goes out in Bobbili, so we just sit outside and wait. That’s how things go here. We know the people in this ward and they know us. If you’re walking down Pedda Veedhi, you’ll see our door. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do everything. We’ve been around for a bit now, just focusing on the work at hand without much fuss. The village atmosphere makes it easy to stay grounded. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit for the local area here in Vizianagaram. It’s hard work, especially in the summers, but we are used to it by now. We just take things one day at a time.
