Ivrcl I&P Ltd

Our place is on Kuppili Street in Vizianagaram. The address is Door No 4-12-31/3. It’s the home of Jami Eswara Rao, the son of Ananda Rao, and we operate Ivrcl I&P Ltd from here. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of a residential street. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day, from the street vendors to the neighbors talking. We have a couple of rooms that we’ve turned into an office space. It’s full of folders, ledgers, and a few computers that have been with us for years. The walls are simple, and the lighting is just what we need to see our work. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they just walk in and we find a chair for them. Vizianagaram is a quiet town compared to the big cities, and our office follows that same pace. We don’t rush things unless there is a real deadline. Mostly, it’s about making sure the records are right and the projects are moving along. The air feels different here, more relaxed. We take our breaks when we can and try to stay cool during the hot afternoons. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we get the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s an honest way to work and it fits the community we are in.
