Cefil(Centre For Innovative Learning)

We are over in Bobbili, which is in the Vizianagaram district. Our spot is on Cheepurupalli Street, very close to the Gandhi Statue. Most people in town know the statue, so it’s easy to explain where we are. Manohar Durgasi runs things here. It’s a small operation, really. We started this because we wanted to have a place for learning right here in our own town instead of people having to go all the way to the city. The building is just a simple one, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have our tables and chairs set up for whatever we are teaching that day. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when we have a full house. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth around the street or from their neighbors. It’s a very local thing. We spend our mornings getting the place ready and our evenings tidying up. Being near the main street means there’s always something going on outside. Sometimes it’s loud, but that’s just life in Bobbili. We try to keep things organized but we aren't strict about much except the work itself. We’ve been here at this address for a while and we plan to stay. It’s just us trying to help people learn a bit more. We keep the doors open and the fans running.
