Aksn Properties Private Limited is our small company based in Rayagada. You can find us in Kasturi Nagar, specifically on 6th Lane near the PhD water tank. Everyone around here knows the water tank, so it’s a good landmark. We deal with local properties and land. My father, Varanasi Sivanaryana, taught me a lot about this business. We are not a corporate giant with a glass building. Our office is just a regular house that we use for work. It’s comfortable and has a fan that squeaks a bit, but it’s where we get things done. Rayagada is a place where you have to know people to get things moving, and we’ve lived here our whole lives. We handle the paperwork for buying and selling, and we try to make sure no one gets cheated. It’s honest work. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun looking at sites in the surrounding areas. When we come back to the office, we’re usually tired and dusty. We don’t have a website with flashy photos. Most people just come by the house or call us on the phone. We take pride in knowing every corner of Kasturi Nagar. It’s not a complicated life, but it’s a busy one.
