Radhex India is based at D-110 in the Rajdoot Industrial Estate 4, which is part of the Umakant Pandit Udyognagar area. It is a typical industrial setup with a lot of other units nearby doing different types of manufacturing and fabrication. Our space at D-110 is where all the actual work happens. It’s not a corporate showroom. We have our equipment and raw materials stored wherever there is a bit of floor space left. The Umakant Pandit Udyognagar area is usually quite busy during the day with various tempos and trucks coming through to pick up goods. We don't spend much time on the appearance of the place; we are more concerned with getting the daily tasks finished. The lighting inside is functional, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and work schedules. It can get pretty warm in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phone with a scripted greeting. Usually, someone just picks up the receiver and talks normally. It’s an honest, working-class environment. We don’t use any fancy business buzzwords. We just provide what we can from our unit in Rajdoot Industrial Estate. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the physical work and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
