Piprani Marble

We've been here at Piprani Marble for quite some time now, situated right on the Mehsana-Visnagar-Ambaji Highway. It’s a busy spot, especially with the Ramdevpir Mandir just a short walk away. Most days, we’re out in the yard moving slabs around or helping someone decide which marble looks okay for their new kitchen. The highway noise is just something we got used to over the years. Our place in Maniratna Society isn't anything fancy, just a lot of stone and a small office where we keep the books. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time just cleaning off the displays. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the highway, but it’s what we do. We usually have a couple of guys helping with the heavy lifting because these pieces are not light. Most of our neighbors around here know us by now. It’s just a regular local business where we try to keep things simple. We don't have a big corporate setup, just the stacks of stone and a phone that rings more often than you’d think. People stop by on their way to the temple or just pull off the road because they saw the signs. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just us and the sounds of the trucks passing by. We try to keep things organized, though with so much stone, it’s always a bit of a puzzle.
