Makia Exim

We've been over here at the Marketing Yard for a while now. Running Makia Exim keeps us pretty busy most days. It’s a noisy place with a lot of trucks coming and going, but that's just how it is around here. We handle a lot of the shipping and receiving stuff. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it eventually. My desk is usually covered in folders and half-empty tea cups. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular spot where work gets done. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the local drivers by name. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting finished before noon. If you come by, you'll probably see us sorting through crates or checking the manifests. It’s not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps the wheels turning. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures. We’d rather just focus on making sure the crates get to where they're supposed to go. Life at the yard is predictable in its own way, even when things get a little chaotic during the peak season. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the orders as they come in. It’s just how we’ve always done things here.
