Acharya Solar System

Acharya Solar System is up on the third floor of Bhavya Complex, right at No. 20. We’re situated directly opposite Shirdi Nagar Society. The walk up the stairs is good exercise since the elevator is sometimes a bit moody or stuck on another floor. Once you get to the third floor, we’re right there at the end of the hall. The office has a good view of the street below, which is nice during our breaks. We’ve got a mix of old and new furniture that we’ve picked up over the years. It isn't a designer space, just a functional one. Most of the time, the team is out in the field, so the office can be quite quiet during the day. When everyone is back, it gets a bit cramped, but we don’t mind the noise. We use the space to store our tools and keep track of our files. There’s a small table where we sit down to eat lunch together. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. Dealing with the daily logistics is what takes up most of our time. We keep a calendar on the wall with all the dates marked in thick marker. It’s a simple way to keep track of things. We’re just regular people working out of a regular office complex. We try to be helpful when people call with questions.
