We are Wonton Momos Llp, and you can find us at H.No.9/104 in Surya Nagar Colony. We’re pretty close to the Sai Baba Temple in the Papayyaraju Palem area of Sujatha Nagar, Pendurthi. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture for people living nearby. Our work is all about the kitchen. We spend hours chopping vegetables and prepping the dough for the momos. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve gotten fast at it over time. The steam from the pots makes the kitchen really hot, especially in the evenings when the orders start picking up. We aren't a big restaurant chain, just a small local spot where we make things ourselves. Sometimes we run out of a certain filling before the night is over, and we just have to tell people we’re done for the day. That’s the way it goes when you’re small. We have a few tables out front, but a lot of people just take their food home. We don't use any fancy packaging, just simple stuff that works. The staff is just a couple of us who enjoy cooking and being part of the Pendurthi community. We’re not trying to change the world, just trying to make a decent snack for the folks walking by the temple. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay as long as people keep coming.
