Our business is over in Peda Waltair, specifically at Block-16. We have a spot on Plot No 2, right in the 530017 area of Visakhapatnam. Peda Waltair is a well-known part of town, and we have been operating here for a good while. It is not a massive resort like the name might suggest to some people, but we do our best with the space we have. We are just a group of people trying to provide a decent place to stay in Vizag. The neighborhood is always active, and there is usually something going on just down the street. We have guests coming in for all kinds of reasons—some are visiting the nearby hospitals, some are here for university business, and some just want to be near the coast. Our rooms are pretty standard and we do not have a lot of extra bells and whistles. We spend most of our time checking people in, making sure the linens are fresh, and keeping the common areas from getting too messy. It is a lot of manual work, but we do not mind it. We do not have a corporate office in some other city; we are right here on-site most of the time. If there is a problem with a room, we are the ones who go and fix it. It is a local operation, and we like keeping it that way.
