Sri Maheepati Estates Llp

Sri Maheepati Estates Llp is set up over at Plot No.4 in Sector 11 of MVP Colony. It’s a decent enough spot to be based in. We handle real estate stuff and whatever else comes our way in the property world. Most of our time is spent looking at land or checking in on how things are going with the local plots we manage. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we know how to do. We have our little office here where we keep the files and try to stay organized. Some days it feels like a losing battle with all the documents and maps, but we manage somehow. MVP Colony is a busy place, so there’s always something happening around us. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to handle our business and go home at the end of the day. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out what works for a specific piece of land. Sometimes things move fast, other times we are just waiting for the right moment to start something new. We’ve learned that in this business, you can't rush everything. It takes time to get things right and make sure everything is legal. If you’re around Sector 11, you might see us out and about. We’re just regular folks doing our work and trying to make a go of it. It’s just life in the estate business.
