Shoora Estates Llp

Our place, Shoora Estates Llp, is located in Dwarakanagar, which is a pretty well-known area. We are specifically on the 2nd Lane, right across from Lalitha Jewellary. If you look for the Taj Hotel, we are just opposite that. It is a very easy spot to describe to people because everyone knows those landmarks. The address is 48/10/41. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. It gets really crowded during the festival seasons because of all the shoppers, but we like the energy. Our office is not very big, but it serves us well. We sit here and deal with various estate matters, mostly talking to locals or people moving into the area. We do not use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people the facts about the land or buildings they are asking about. It is a very hands-on way of working. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or meeting people who just walk in off the street. Dwarakanagar is a hub for business, and we are glad to be right in the thick of it. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic, but we do not mind it much anymore. It is just part of being in this part of town. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up.
