SAAHITI NIRMAN LLP

Our office is located in the Aarthika Empire building, flat 304, over in Balaji Nagar. It’s right there in Siripuram, which is a pretty active part of Visakhapatnam. Saahiti Nirman LLP has been operating from this spot for a bit, and it’s a good location for us to keep track of everything happening around the city. We aren’t really into big marketing talk or trying to look bigger than we are. It’s just a small group of us working out of this flat. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. The view from the windows is just the usual city streets and other buildings. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over plans and making sure our sites have what they need to keep moving. It gets busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get things done before the day ends. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs checking. That’s just the nature of what we do here in Vizag. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and like being close to the center of things. It makes getting around a lot easier for the whole team when we have to go out and inspect the different work sites.
