Our place is located in MVP Colony, Sector 12, in Visakhapatnam. We are at Plot No.181, Door No.1/119/5/2. It’s a fairly active neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while now. We handle development and building work all over the city. Since Vizag is right by the coast, we have to be careful about the materials we use because of the salt in the air. That’s something you only really learn by being out on the sites for years. We aren’t a massive company with a lot of layers. It’s just a small team of us who know how to get things built. My day is usually spent on the phone trying to find where the electrician went or making sure the sand delivery is actually coming. Other days we are out at the sites with measuring tapes and levels. It’s very hands-on and practical. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our other buildings or know someone we worked for. We’ve had projects that went smooth and others that were a real struggle. That’s just how construction goes. We just show up every morning and try to solve whatever problem comes up next. It’s not always easy, but we like seeing the progress day by day. We just keep doing our work and stay busy.
