We are over at the M.V.V. Highway Homes in Madhurawada, which is right next to the sub stations. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the highway, but being in this part of Visakhapatnam makes it easy for our guys to get to different sites. Oaks Ayra PVS Build is just a group of us who handle various building projects around the city. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and making sure the trucks are heading to the right place. Our office is at Flat No. 901, so we have a decent view of the area while we sort through paperwork and blueprints. It is not a fancy corporate setup by any means. There is usually some dust on the desks and a lot of tea being drunk while we figure out schedules. We deal with the usual headaches of construction like rain delays or late deliveries, but we just take things one day at a time. People around here know us as a local outfit that just gets the work done without much fuss. We have been in Andhra Pradesh for a while now, and the Vishakhapatnam weather keeps us on our toes.
