The office isn't about showing off. It’s where we coordinate our daily tasks and meet up to discuss what’s happening on our different sites. There is usually a lot of noise from the street, and parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We don’t really follow a strict corporate script. If something needs to be said, we just say it. Most of the time is spent managing the details that go into a project, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. It can be tiring, but it’s satisfying when a day’s work is done. We like being in this part of the city because it keeps us close to everything. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to do right by the projects we take on here in Hyderabad. It's a lot of juggling, but we have a good rhythm going after all this time.
