Taj Chemicals is located right across from the fire station in Suryabagh. Our address is 28-16-8, and it’s a pretty easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. Suryabagh is always bustling, and being near the fire station means we hear sirens quite a bit throughout the day. Our building is more about function than looks. We have drums and containers stacked up, and the smell of various chemical compounds is just part of the atmosphere here. It’s a hot part of the city, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us handling the sales and making sure the deliveries are loaded correctly. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and what they usually need for their own businesses. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just focus on showing up every day and helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town, and we just keep plugging away at it to make sure everyone gets what they came for.
