Waltair Travels

Waltair Travels is over in the China Waltair area of Visakhapatnam. Our place is situated near the Kotak Salesian School. It’s a nice enough spot, though it gets very busy when the school starts in the morning and lets out in the afternoon. You can hear the sounds of the kids and the school buses from our office windows. We have a simple setup here, nothing like those big travel agencies you see in the city malls. It’s just a local office with the basic furniture we’ve had for many years. We handle travel things for the people living around China Waltair and the surrounding neighborhoods. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in after dropping their children off at the school. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files, but it’s a real working space. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy technology, just the usual way of doing things that we know works for us. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for those few school hours. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. People know us by name, and we know them as well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, we just want to stay open and keep helping the folks who live nearby with their travel needs. That’s pretty much the whole story.
