V.S. Anoohya Sysetms & Castings

We're located over in Block-B at the Eeie area of Autonagar. If you know the area, you know it's all about industry and getting things built. Our spot at B-10 is usually pretty busy from early morning. We do a mix of system work and metal castings. It sounds complicated, but mostly it's just a lot of checking measurements and making sure the metal flows where it should. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust or metal shavings on them. We’ve got a few machines that have been with us for a long time, and we know exactly how they sound when they’re running right. It’s a bit cramped in the workshop because we keep bringing in new equipment or storing finished parts. I spend a lot of my time looking at blueprints and then talking to the guys about how to actually make the piece. It doesn't always go perfectly the first time. Sometimes a casting fails and we have to start over. That's just part of the process. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up, usually with greasy hands. It's a hands-on kind of place. We mostly deal with other businesses in the area. The heat from the casting process can be a lot, but we have some fans that help a bit. It's a steady life here in Autonagar. We’ve been here for years now and know the rhythm.
